Our home features modern accommodations with all the comforts and many upgraded amenities you will find in your own home. Our objective is to make your vacation rental experience enjoyable.
This villa is not a purpose rental unit; this is our vacation home. We only rent this villa selectively during the times that we are not using it. The extra income helps to supplement our overhead expenses.

Aldea Mar Village By The Sea Unit 79 Details
Unit 79 has a cathedral ceiling in the living room and sits like a stand-alone villa with its carport conveniently located just outside the front door to protect your vehicle from the heat. Your private washer and dryer are located outside in front of your carport in a lockable storage room.
You walk right in the front door of this home, and everything is on one floor. You have no stairs to climb. It has ceramic floors throughout and offers two bedrooms and two baths, living space, and a fully-equipped kitchen, with sliding glass doors that lead out to the back patio.
The back patio has shaded seating, BBQ grill, and a small table. From the patio, you can walk down to the pool or beach and join the other neighbors on the beach, and in the evenings to view our stunning sunsets.
The two bedrooms are cute, done in a coastal motif style, with ceiling fans, plantation shutters on all windows, and each bedroom has ample closet space.
For your comfort, the master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, it’s own three-piece bath, and cable television. The second bedroom has two double beds and ample closet space and another three-piece bathroom just outside your door. Guests also have access to fresh bed linens and fluffy beach towels for use on the beach or at the pool.
Kitchen Appliances include Dishwasher, Disposal, Dryer, Refrigerator with cold water and an ice dispenser, toasters, A Keurig K-Classic Single Serve Coffee Maker, and a regular eight-cup coffee maker.

Combined into one ample space is the living room and dining room combo. Its brightness comes from the open floor plan, with cathedral ceilings with skylights and ceiling fans. Thus, guests can feel the warmth of the Florida sun during the day and gaze at the stars after sundown. Also, all windows are equipped with plantation shutters. The unit also comes with Cable TV, DVD Player, WiFi, and traditional home phone service with Free local and long-distance calls within the U.S.and Canada
The living room television is a smart TV with a basic Xfinity TV service with voice activation controls. In addition to the basic tv, you can access Netflix and Hulu programming free of charge using your account. Just press the voice activation control on your remote and say “Netflix” or any other channel.
Booking this Property
The vacation rental industry is under heavy scrutiny. Illegal renting and tax avoidance is one of the biggest problems in this industry in the United States and Canada. Sarasota County is no exception.
We only rent to adults over thirty-five (35) years old exclusively through the top two leading vacation rental platforms in the industry VRBO and Airbnb. They act as our rental agents, and take all responsibility for our bookings, payments, and the collection and submitting of taxes to the city of Sarasota. As your host and owner, we only get paid after you are in the rental, and all is well.
We do not participate in the instant booking. Our preference is to receive a booking request through one of the platforms and respond to it accordingly.
